How do I hang my sign?
Each base frame comes with a sawtooth hanger on the back to easily hang on the wall. You can also prop them against the wall on a countertop or shelf.
How does the insert attach to the sign?
There is a magnet attached to the back of the insert and another magnet in the center of the sign, so they adhere magnetically.
Will the inserts fit on any sign?
Yes! The inserts are made to fit the 12” round sign, the 11.5” square sign, and the 16” square sign. So if you have different sized signs, the inserts can be used in any of them! Just choose the sign size that works for your space and interchange the inserts from your collection as you wish.
What is the return policy?
All signs and inserts are final sale unless the magnet is malfunctioning. Contact us if the magnet on the back of your insert is not attaching properly and we will address this issue on a case by case basis.
What is the turn around time?
For products that we have in stock, shipping time is 2-3 days. For back ordered products, shipping time is 2-3 weeks.

How do I safely store my inserts?
We recommend placing your insert back in the plastic sleeve it came in to keep it from getting dirty or scratched. Another way to store them is in gallon size bags. You can fit two inserts, back to back, in one gallon size bag.
What happens if the white background on my sign gets scratched?
Sometimes inserts will bump the sign and can leave a colored paint mark. We have found that wiping a magic eraser or even a little piece of sandpaper over the spot will remove it.
How much does shipping cost?
Any order that includes a base frame will have a flat rate of $10. If you are ordering ONLY interchangeable inserts, then your shipping rate will be $5. If your order totals $100 or more, shipping is FREE!
